Made DLC scenarios available in the Streaming Assets/Scenario Design Examples folder, so that players can copy and modify them.
Misc
Fixed problem with recruitable items being scrolled off top of screen.
Reduced chances of characters dying in disasters.
Stopped Lu Bu killing Dong Zhuo if he has joined, or is prisoner of another faction
